For defense counsel
The remediation vendor you can name in the settlement letter.
Your client gets the barriers fixed in their store's code within ten business days. You get a dated, itemized record of what was wrong, what changed, and how it was verified.
What you receive
- Baseline scan, dated, with every failure mapped to a WCAG 2.2 success criterion and to the page and element where it occurs.
- The changes made, by theme file, so the remediation can be traced to specific code.
- Post-remediation scan run against the same pages and rule set as the baseline.
- Manual verification log: the full purchase path completed with keyboard only, with NVDA on Windows and with VoiceOver on Apple devices, with the browser and assistive-technology versions recorded and recordings available.
- Signed statement of work with engagement and completion dates.
- Monitoring arrangement: monthly re-scans and change alerts, with a quarterly summary you can keep on file.
How an engagement runs
| When | What happens |
|---|---|
| Day 0 | Your client pays and grants theme-only collaborator access. We never see customer, order or payment data. |
| Day 1 | Full audit of every template, every form and the checkout, desktop and mobile. Pages named in the complaint are always included. |
| Days 2–7 | Fixes made on a duplicate theme; the live store is unaffected until the client approves. |
| Days 8–9 | Independent verification by a tester who did not write the fixes. |
| Day 10 | Theme published, report delivered to the client and to you, monitoring starts. |
What we will and won't say
Our reports describe the pages tested, the WCAG 2.2 AA criteria applied, the defects found, the changes made and the verification results, with dates and environments. They never describe a site as "compliant", "certified" or "ADA-approved", because those terms have no technical meaning and invite challenge. We express no opinion on the merits of any claim. We are glad to answer technical questions about a report.
Pricing your client will see
Published, fixed, and quoted from the free scan: $4,900 for a standard store, $7,900 for larger or customized stores, and $1,500 for the attorney response package. Monitoring is included for three months and $149 a month after that. Third-party apps we can't edit are named in the report, along with what the client should ask that vendor for.
