What we collect

When you request a scan we collect the store address and the email address you give us. When we scan a store we load its public pages the way a browser does and keep the results. If you become a client we also hold the information needed to do the work (theme access granted through Shopify's own collaborator system, correspondence, invoices).

How we use it

To run the scan you asked for and send you the report, to quote and deliver remediation work, to re-scan stores we monitor, and to reply to you. We do not sell personal information and we do not share it with anyone except the services that run our business (email, hosting, form handling, payments), each bound by its own privacy terms.

Outreach

We sometimes write to store owners whose businesses are named in public federal court records about website accessibility. Those emails come from the domain getlevelguided.com, go only to addresses published by the business itself, and stop the moment you reply or ask us to. Reply "unsubscribe" to any such email and you will not hear from us again.

Cookies

levelguided.com sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising trackers.

Your rights

Email us to see, correct or delete anything we hold about you or your store. We answer within ten business days.
